Step 02
Initial Screening & Shortlisting
Our team conducts preliminary interviews, verifies documents, and assesses candidate suitability based on experience and language proficiency.
Step 03
Final Interview & Trade Test (if applicable)
Employers may conduct direct or virtual interviews. For technical roles, trade tests or skill assessments are arranged.
Step 04
Medical & Background Verification
Selected candidates undergo medical tests at authorized centers, and background checks are conducted as per the destination country’s requirements.
Step 05
Visa Processing & Documentation
Our team coordinates with candidates and embassies to handle all visa, contract, and document formalities. The process may vary slightly depending on the candidate’s country of origin.
Step 06
Pre-departure Orientation
We provide basic training and briefing on job roles, rules, cultural norms, and legal rights before departure.
Step 07
Deployment & Post-arrival Support
Once deployed, we ensure smooth onboarding, and we remain available for any support the client or candidate may need after arrival.
